IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please advise us before commencing any session if, for any reason, your health or your ability to exercise changes. Pilates exercises are very safe, however, as with all forms of physical exercise, it is prudent to consult your doctor before starting Pilates sessions. These sessions are not a substitute for medical counselling or treatment. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the exercises, you should refer back to your doc. The trainer can accept no liability for personal injury related to participation in a session if:
- Your doctor has, on health grounds, advised you against such exercise;
- You fail to observe instructions on safety or technique;
- Such injury is caused by the negligence of another participant in the class/studio.
Exercise should be performed at a pace which feels comfortable to you. PAIN is the body’s warning system and should NOT BE IGNORED. Please inform your trainer immediately if you feel any discomfort during a session. Please also inform the trainer if you felt any discomfort after a previous session. I understand that Flow House exercises involve hands-on correction and I hereby consent for my trainer to work in this way.
LIABILTY WAIVER
I have enrolled in a program of instruction in the Pilates method of physical conditioning offered by Flow House. I have been advised and I understand that participation in Pilates method exercise and conditioning activities, like any physical conditioning activity or exercise program, presents some unavoidable risk of injury, especially to people who have pre-existing injuries, illness or medical disabilities. I understand that the use of exercise equipment also carries with it a risk of injury. I recognize that many changes may occur as a result of exercise lessons, including possible short-term aggravation of some symptoms, feeling of tiredness, lightheadedness, increased energy, mood changes, etc.
I also understand that a medical evaluation is advisable before commencing any program of physical conditioning or exercise. I have or will continue to keep Flow House fully informed of any physical condition or disability, which would prevent or limit my participation in an exercise or physical conditioning program. I acknowledge that, although the conditioning program I participate in may have substantial physical benefits, neither Flow House nor its employees are engaged in diagnosing or treating medical diseases or deficiencies.
I expressly assume all risks of my participation in the programs of Pilates method conditioning conducted by Flow House and waive any claim which I might otherwise bring against Flow House its employees, trainees and contractors as a result of injuries resulting from or relating to my participation in Pilates method conditioning programs. Flow House shall not be responsible or liable for any articles lost, stolen or damages, in or about the studio.
I understand that equipment classes require prior evaluation of my fitness level and that I am responsible for attending the appropriate level class.
In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statement or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made, and I execute this release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
I will not advertise that I have been formally certified by Flow House and acknowledge that I am not certified to teach Pilates.
POLICIES
A notice is required for any booking change or cancellation via our online system. If this requirement is not met, the session will be charged at the regular rate. Rates are subject to change without notice. All packages are non transferable and non refundable.
Plan 1: 8 sessions package is valid for 4 weeks (2 times a week)
Plan 2: 12 sessions package is valid for 5 weeks (3 times a week)
Plan 3: 24 sessions package is valid for 14 weeks (2 times a week)
Plan 4: 36 sessions package is valid for 14 weeks (3 times a week)
Plan 5: Flexi plan – 10 sessions valid for 2 months
FREEZING POLICY
If after starting your classes you decide you do not wish to use your package for some time, you may (at any time before normal expiry of your package but not after expiry), freeze your sessions as below:
Plan 2 - Maximum of 1 week – Rs. 1000 (Freezing allowed once on the plan)
Plan 3 & 4 - Maximum of 2 weeks – Rs. 1000 per week (Freezing allowed twice on the plan)
Plan 1 & 5 - FREEZING NOT APPLICABLE
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
All classes are booked and cancelled via our online system. In order to be respectful to studio policies, please update your booking & cancellations if any on the online system.
For morning classes we ask that you update latest by 9 pm a day prior and for evening classes latest by 1 pm same day. This will give us some time to offer your spot to another member on the waitlist.
Late cancellations will be considered as a “no show”. You will be automatically charged for the class.
